It sounds like getting Certified True Copy of the Naturalization Certificate should be a breeze. Sadly, the InfoPass system is no longer available to schedule appointments. People requiring apostilles on the certified true copies of US CIS documents need to contact their local office and seek assistance with the appointment directly on the phone or where available through email.
