NEWS / US CIS certified true documents for apostille

Official requirements and instructions, as per US CIS website, state that in order to obtain Certified True Copy of the document, including naturalization certificate, the applicant needs to schedule an appointment using InfoPass. It sounds like getting Certified True Copy of the Naturalization Certificate should be a breeze. Sadly, the InfoPass system is no longer available to schedule appointments. People requiring apostilles on the certified true copies of US CIS documents need to contact their local office and seek assistance with the appointment directly on the phone or where available through email.
