NEWS / Apostille State of Affairs (Sept. 2020)

Most of in-person processing is still suspended throughout the Northeast US. Some other areas, like TX, allow apostille processing through a dedicated lockbox or by appointment. NYC apostille office remains closed and everything is done through Albany. Sameday (same weeks also) service is not available at Albany. You'll be lucky to get same month. US Department of State apostille processing is estimated to exceed 50 business days at this point. NJ, CT, MA Apostille is 10 business days or less. IL Apostille is up to 5 business days. PA apostille processing varies and maybe between 10 business days and 6 weeks.
