U.S. Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that Daniel Red Horse, Jr., age 41, of Eagle Butte, appeared before U.S. District Judge Roberto A. The maximum penalty upon conviction is two years’ imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and five years of supervised release.
