There are two types of Divorce records.
1) Divorce decree. A divorce decree is a ruling that summarizes the rights and responsibilities of the divorced parties. It is the final judgment of divorce. The divorce decree is a document that states the basic information regarding the divorce, case number, the names of the parties, date of divorce, and the terms the parties have agreed upon or the court's decision..
2) Divorce certificate. The divorce certificate contains basic information about the husband and wife, and the date and place the marriage ended. Certified copies of a Divorce Certificate are official copies issued by court on the state or County level.

We provide complete range of services, related to the preparation of a Divorce record for submission in foreign countries. We will:

Obtain an Apostille (for Hague Convention countries) or foreign certification (for non-Hague countries)
