NEWS / Texas Marriage Verification Certificates are to be issued without the seal


Texas Department of Health, will not longer use the embossed seal on the marriage verification certificate (also known as No Record of Marriage). Sadly, this means that TX No Record of Marriage will no longer will be eligible for apostille or authentication. Many Texas residents, have already encountered issues when trying to fulfill the martial status proof requirements of the foreign government for marriage and visa purposes.
