Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612 of September 27, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Sale of Commodities through Remote Techniques
The remote sale of commodities is implied to be the sale under the retail purchase and sale contract concluded when the buyer is familiarised with the description of commodities proposed by the seller in the catalogues or booklets or presented on photographs or through the means of communication.

Order of the Federal Service for Tariff Rates No. 193-s/17 of August 28, 2007 on the Endorsement of Tariff Rates for the Intercity Telephone Connection Provided to a User of a Fixed Telephone Communication Network for the Transfer of Voice Information, Fax Messages and Data by the OAO Rostelecom
Specifies the limiting tariff rates for the intercity telephone communication provided by the OAO Rostelecom to a user of a fixed telephone communication network for the transfer of voice information, fax messages and data.
Tariff rates are introduced from the 1st of the month following the month of entry into force of the Order. The Order is entered into force according to established procedure.
Registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 27, 2007. Reg. No. 10206.
