Progreso, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Progreso Port of Entry apprehended a man on an arrest warrant for indecency with a child from Hidalgo County.

On Friday, May 27, 2011 a CBP officer’s query during primary inspection at the Progreso International Bridge resulted in a referral of a male passenger in a vehicle, identified as Fernando Garcia, 32, a United States citizen who resides in Corpus Christi, for a secondary examination.
