FAQ / Is it possible to obtain No Record of Marriage in Texas?

Yes and no. The Texas Department of Health and Human Services issues marriage and divorce verification letters which essentially are no record statements. In the past, the verification letters would be issued with the embossed seal of Health Department, making them eligible for apostille. However, this seal is no longer issued rendering such verification futile.
