At the US Consulate applicants for a USA Visa will have an opportunity to explain the reasons for going to the United States and present supporting documents.
An invitation letter will help establish that the applicant has a credible reason for traveling.
It is important that applicant respond truthfully to the consular officer's questions. Applicants should not present falsified documents.
Making false statements or presenting fake documents to a consular officer is a serious offense and could result in becoming permanently ineligible to travel to the United States.
