ABC / Letter of Exemplification


A Letter of Exemplification - is a certificate issued in New York City along with the certified copy of the Death of Birth certificates. This exemplified document is issued ONLY when you request certified copies for apostille. Any other reason does not supply this letter. Exemplification is required for apostille and authentication. Contrary to what many apostille agencies state on their websites, without the Letter of Exemplification NYC Birth Certificates and Death Certificate cannot be apostilled or authenticated.
