ABC / Certified true copy certificate of naturalization certificate

A Certified true copy of naturalization certificate is necessary when the document is requested by foreign authorities with the apostille. To obtain the true copy, the certificate holder needs to make an appointment using the infopass system with the local US CIS office and then proceed with the request. The official requirements can be found at the US CIS web-page.
