Joint Seminar Of Georgian And Estonian Notaries Opened

Joint seminar of Estonian Chamber of Notary and Georgian Chamber of Notary opened at Merab Berdzenishvili Cultural Center ?Muza? on October 02.
Prime-News was told at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia that delegation of Estonian Chamber of Notary, which arrived on a five-day visit to Tbilisi on September 29, will take part in the conference.
Nino Khoperia, head of Chamber of Notary of Georgia stated at the opening ceremony on Monday that the visit of Estonian Chamber of Notary will assist exchange of experience and development of cooperation between the two countries.?
The conference will be dedicated to the following issues: legal development of laws in Estonia and Georgia; Civil law and Civil Procedural Code reform in Georgia; legal education in Georgia and arrangement of studies; Public Registry in Estonia and Georgia; implementation of modern informational technologies in notary; and probate register and vehicle register.
