FAQ / Can I take my dog with me on vacation to Canada?
Currently, there is no quarantine for importing pet dogs. If you have several dogs, you may be asked to provide certification verifying that they are your personal pets and are not for resale. These conditions apply for temporary visits and in-transit visits.
When entering Canada with your dog or dogs, you must show a valid rabies vaccination certificate (in English or French) issued by a licensed veterinarian.
